Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 １１上二且ユ１１ 本発明は装飾インクが絹紗スクリーン捺染法（シルク・
スクリーン・プロセス）により直接適用されるガラス−
セラミックプレートの装飾方法に関する。
背景技術 ガラス−７、セラミックプレートは°、例えば料理用の
プレート等の場合においては、その燃焼点を示ずだめに
しばしば模様が設けられている。この模様を、ワニスで
コーティングされた紙を使用する転写プロセスにより適
用する方法が知られている。
このワニスのコーティング上に装飾インクが絹紗スクリ
ーン捺染法により適用され、次いでワックスのコーティ
ングが施される。
所望の模様が備わった紙は約１５０℃に加熱されたガラ
ス−セラミックプレートに押付けられる。
ワニスとワックスの溶融温度が異なるために、紙が引剥
がされたときにワックスが装飾インクと共にガラス−・
セラミックプレートに付着する。湿式転写プロセスによ
ると、紙はガラス−セラミックプレートに押付けられる
前に浸され、次いで冷たいガラス・−セラミックプレー
トに押付けられる。
転写紙（デカルコマ丹ア）がガラス−セラミックプレー
トのセラミック化の前にあるいはセラミック化の後に適
用される。
この転写プロセスは新しい転写紙が各々のプレートに必
要であるので、装飾ガラス−セラミックプレートの製造
コストを上昇することになる。もし転写紙がセラミック
化工程の後に適用されるならば、焼き込みプロセスがさ
らに付加されなければならない。
転写紙を使用しないで、絹紗スクリーン捺染法により用
意されたガラス−セラミックプレートに模様を直接適用
する努力は既になされている。しかしこの方法も装飾イ
ンクが引続いて焼き付けられなければならないという欠
点を有している。
発明の目的 よって本発明の目的は、上述した従来技術の欠点を除去
したガラス−セラミックプレートの装飾方法を提供する
ことである。
発明の構成 上述した目的は、装飾インクがセラミック化工程の前に
適用され、セラミック化とインクの焼き込みが同時に行
なわれるという本発明のガラス−セラミックプレートの
装飾方法により達成される。
装飾インクがセラミック化工程の前に絹紗スクリーン捺
染法中で直接適用されるので、付加的な焼き付はプロセ
スあるいは転写紙を必要としない。
セラミック化と同時のインクの焼き込みは、温度９００
℃から９３０℃で達成される。

  1. 装飾インクが絹紗スクリーン捺染法中で直接適用される
    ガラス−セラミックプレートの装飾方法において、装飾
    インクがセラミック化工程の前に適用され、セラミック
    化とインクの焼き込みが同時に行なわれることを特徴と
    するガラス−セラミックプレートの装飾方法。
