Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）回路基板の導電回路パターン上に導電性のヒート
    シール材による対向パッドパターンを設け、該対向パッ
    ドパターン上にチップ部品の対向電極を位置せしめ、上
    記対向パッドパターンを加熱して上記チップ部品を回路
    基板に取付けるようにしたことを特徴とするチップ部品
    の取付け構造。
  2. （２）上記対向パッドパターン′間にチップ部品の基板
    の底部に達する絶縁性のヒートシール材のパッドを配設
    し、該パッドによりチップ部品を回路基板に接着し得る
    ようにしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    （１）に記載したチップ部品の取付け構造。
  3. （３）上記チップ部品の上面から端面に沿って下面にま
    でのびる対向電極が銀など導電性の一層の皮膜であるこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）に記載
    したチップ部品の取付け構造。
