    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 左右方向および前後方向に移動自在の移動体の左端部お
    よび右端部に設けた被測定体を撮像する１対の撮像手段
    と、前記移動体の中央部に設けられ前記両撮像手段の重
    複視野内の１個所にスポット光を照射する光源と、前記
    移動体の移動による各スポット元ごとのそれぞれの照射
    点の前記両撮像手段により撮像された画像を処理し、前
    記被測定体表面の前記各照射点の三次元位置を導出、測
    定する画像処理手段とを備えた三次元測定装置。
