Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、二軸延伸法によつて、合成樹脂製中
間素材から把手付きボトルを成形する方法に関す
るものである。
以下に本発明方法の実施例を図面に基づき説明
する。
第１図に示すものは、本発明方法において用い
る二軸延伸されるべき合成樹脂製中間素材であつ
て、この中間素材１は、外周に雄螺子２ａを有す
る上端開口の壜口部２を備え、この壜口部２の基
部直下外周にその他側部分を除いて形成された下
向き傾斜の肩部３を備え、この肩部３および肩部
不形成部分から連続垂下形成された上半胴部４を
備え、この上半胴部４の直下外周に形成された下
向き傾斜の張出し段部５を備え、この段部５から
連続垂下形成された有底下半胴部６を備えた内径
均一な筒状体と、前記壜口基部から他側方へ張出
して一体成形された倒Ｌ字形状の把手７とから成
つており、この中間素材１は射出成形により形成
される。
なお、前記壜口基部と、倒Ｌ字形状の把手７に
おけるアーム部７ａの下面および把持部７ｂとに
わたつて補強用リブ７ｃが設けられているが、こ
の補強用リブ７ｃを、第２図に示す如く、壜口部
２に下方なる雄螺子不形成部分を長くしたネツク
部と、把手７におけるアーム部７ａの上面とわた
つて設けてもよい。
また前記中間素材１の筒状体各部の肉厚はそれ
ぞれ異なる。
すなわち、壜口部２の内厚よりも上半胴部４の
肉厚の方が厚く、また上半胴部４の肉厚よりも下
半胴部６の内厚の方が厚い。
ただし、上半胴部４の内厚は、第３図に示す如
く、前記壜口基部直下外周の他側部分を除いて形
成された肩部３の一側下方に連続する上半胴部４
における一側部分が最も厚く、前記肩部不形成部
分の下方に連続する上半胴部４における他側部分
が最も薄く（壜口部２の内厚と同じ）なつてい
る。
しかして、前記中間素材１を、前記肩部３およ
びこの肩部３から連続垂下形成された上半胴部４
が、二軸延伸成形されたときのボトル（第５図参
照）の肩部および上半胴部に形成されると共に、
肩部不形成部分およびこの肩部不形成部分から連
続垂下形成された上半胴部の他側面が、前記把手
７における把持部７ｂと所要の間隔を存する凹窪
もしくは偏平に形成され、また前記段部５および
下半胴部６が、二軸延伸されたときの前記ボトル
の中間鍔部およびボトルにおける上半胴部の外径
よりも大きく、かつ下端部外周に鍔部を有する下
半胴部に形成されるような第４図示の吹込み成形
用金型８内に、所要温度に加熱してセツトすると
共に、壜口部２を型締めにより保持し、かつ壜口
部２の上端開口から上下の胴部４，６内にわたつ
てノズル９ａを有する高圧エアー吹込み管９を挿
入して高圧エアーを吹込む。
高圧エアーを吹込むことにより、前記肩部３、
上半胴部４、段部５、下半胴部６および下半胴部
６の底面は、金型８の内壁面および底面に圧接す
るよう延伸される。
そして金型８を取外すことにより、第５図に示
す如き把手７を備えたボトル１０が得られる。
すなわち、前記中間素材１における壜口部２お
よび把手７は原形のままを保持し、また前記肩部
３、上半胴部４、段部５、下半胴部６は、ボトル
１０における他側部の欠除した肩部１０ａ、他側
面が把手７の把持部７ｂと所要の間隔を存して凹
窪もしくは偏平な上半胴部１０ｂ、中間鍔部１０
ｃ、上半胴部１０ｂの外径よりも大きな下半胴部
１０ｄおよび下半胴部１０ｄの下端部外周の鍔部
１０ｅにそれぞれ成形される。
以上述べた如く、本発明方法によれば、上端開
口の壜口部を備え、この壜口部の基部直下外周に
その他端部分を除いて形成された下向き傾斜の肩
部を備え、この肩部および肩部不形成部分から連
続垂下形成された下半胴部を備え、この上半胴部
の直下外周に形成された下向き傾斜の張出し段部
を備え、この段部から連続垂下形成された有底下
半胴部を備えた内径均一な筒状体と、前記壜口基
部から他側方へ張出して一体成形された倒Ｌ字形
状の把手とから成る二軸延伸されるべき合成樹脂
製中間素材から、壜口部および把手は原形を保つ
たまま、二軸延伸法によつて容易に把手付きボト
ルを成形できる。

の変形例の正面図、第３図は、第１図および第２
図のＡ―Ａ線における横断端面図、第４図は本発

法により成形された把手付きボトルの正面図であ

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 上端開口の壜口部を備え、この壜口部の基部
    基下外周にその他側部分を除いて形成された下向
    き傾斜の肩部を備え、この肩部および肩部不形成
    部分から連続垂下形成された上半胴部を備え、こ
    の上半胴部の直下外周に形成された下向き傾斜の
    張出し段部を備え、この段部から連続垂下形成さ
    れた有底下半胴部を備えた内径均一な筒状体と、
    前記壜口基部から他側方へ張出して一体成形され
    た倒Ｌ字形状の把手から成る二軸延伸されるべき
    合成樹脂製中間素材を、前記肩部およびこの肩部
    から連続垂下形成された上半胴部が、二軸延伸成
    形されたときのボトルの肩部および上半胴部に形
    成されると共に、肩部不形成部分およびこの肩部
    不形成部分から連続垂下形成された上半胴部の他
    側面が、前記把手における把持部と所要の間隔を
    存する凹窪もしくは偏平に形成され、また前記段
    部および下半胴部が、二軸延伸成形されたときの
    前記ボトルの中間鍔部およびボトルにおける上半
    胴部の外径よりも大きく、かつ下端部外周に鍔部
    を有する下半胴部に形成されるような吹込み成形
    用金型内に、所要温度に加熱してセツトし二軸延
    伸成形することを特徴とする合成樹脂製把手付き
    ボトルの成形方法。
