    の薄膜磁気抵抗効果素子の磁気抵抗の変−化を利用して
    磁界を検出する磁気センサにおいて、薄膜磁気抵抗効果
    素子のリード接続部にシリコン樹脂層とエポキシ樹脂層
    との積層構造からなる多層コーティング層が形成されて
    いることを特徴とする磁気センサ。
