    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 少なくとも１個の平形半導体素子と複数個の放熱体とを
    一軸上に重ね、板バネを用いて、加圧接触させてなる平
    形半導体装置において、前記板バネは、板バネ本体と、
    その変位を検出するインジケータとから構成され、この
    インジケータは前記板バネ本体の中央部に取付けられて
    いることを特徴とする平形半導体装置。
