Claims (1)
- 被測定光を２つの方向に分岐する手段と、この
分岐手段からの一方の光を受光する第１の受光部
と、前記分岐手段からの他方の光を受光する第２
の受光部と、前記第１、第２の受光部からの電気
信号のそれぞれを増幅する増幅器と、これら増幅
器からの出力信号を入力し、被測定光の光パワー
および波長を演算する演算装置からなり、前記第
１の受光部は短波長用の第１の受光素子およびこ
の第１の受光素子の後方に配置され、透過した長
波長を受光する第２の受光素子からなり、前記第
２の受光部は短波長用の第１のフイルタと短波長
用の第３の受光素子および長波長用の第２のフイ
ルタと長波長用の第４の受光素子が順次配置され
てなることを特徴とする光パワーメータ。
