- 少なくとも壁面の一部が光透過性部材からなる
マイクロ波空胴内に無電極放電ランプを配設した
マイクロ波放電光源装置において、上記光透過性
部材が金属メツミユ板からなり、かつメツシユ板
の素線の所定間隔毎に幅の広い素線部分を設けた
ことを特徴とするマイクロ波放電光源装置。
