Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 固定母型３と、その固定母型３に対し往復動
可能に装設された可動母型４とからなり、前記固
定母型３又は可動母型４の内側に設けられた固定
入子５又は可動入子６にインサート部材１０を係
止するためのインサートセツトピン７を備えた成
形用金型において、前記インサートセツトピン７
に対しインサート部材１０の嵌合孔１０ａ又は凹
部１０ｂを着脱可能に係止する突部１１ｃを有す
る係止部材１１を設けたことを特徴とする成形用
金型。 ２ 前記インサートセツトピン７は一対の形成片
７ａ，７ｂとからなり一本の形成片７ａの上面に
は収納凹所７ｃが形成され、同収納凹所７ｃ内に
は、インサート部材１０の嵌合孔１０ａの内側面
により押圧されて弾性変形可能に形成した山形状
をなす一対の突部１１ｃを有する係止部材１１が
収納されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に
記載の成形用金型。
