ズムにより生じる電位差と変位量との関係を示す
線図、第５図は光学式変位検出器の原理の第２例
を示す略側面図、第３図はレーザダイオードから
投射される光束の断面を示す図、第７図はこの光
束の短径方向の光強度分布を示す線図、第８図は
同じく長径方向の光強度分布を示す線図、第９図
は長径方向に亘り生じる干渉による光束を示す断
面図、第１０図はこの長径方向の光強度分布を示
す線図、第１１図は本考案の微細形状測定器に組
込むフイルタの平面図である。 １：被測定面、２：触針、３：鉄芯、４：コイ

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. レーザダイオードから投射される断面が楕円形
    のレーザ光を対物レンズにより集束して被測定面
    を照射し、この被測定面からの反射光をフオトダ
    イオードにより検知して上記被測定面の微細な凹
    凸を測定する微細形状測定器に於いて、上記レー
    ザダイオードと対物レンズとの間に、楕円形断面
    の光束のうち中央部分のみを透過させる円形部分
    を有し、かつこの円形部分の光束の長径方向に対
    応する方向は、中央の透過率が高く周縁部に向け
    て次第に透過率が低くなるような半透過部とした
    フイルタを設けたことを特徴とする微細形状測定
    器。
