- 負の等価リアクタンスとして動作し、エミツタ
が共通接続された第１及び第２トランジスタを含
む差動増幅部と、前記第１トランジスタのコレク
タ電流を反転する電流反転回路と、該電流反転回
路の無信号時の電流を吸引する定電流トランジス
タと、前記電流反転回路の出力端に接続される入
力端子とから成るリアクタンス回路。
