Claims (1)
- 液圧シリンダを備えた駆動部と、硝子電極等が
取付けられる従動部とから成り、該従動部に、駆
動部からの液圧が硝子電極等を横方向に移動させ
るＸ軸移動機構と、縦方向に移動させるＹ軸移動
機構と、高さ方向に移動させるＺ軸移動機構とを
備えた硝子電極等のマニピユレータにおいて、上
記Ｘ軸移動機構およびＹ軸移動機構が、Ｚ軸移動
機構に装着されたＹ軸スライダーに対し相対的に
縦方向に摺動自在に装置された共通基台と、該共
通基台に対し、相対的に横方向に摺動自在に装着
されたＸ軸スライダーと、Ｙ軸スライダーと共通
基台との間及び共通基台とＸ軸スライダーとの間
にそれぞれ介在されかつ上記駆動部の液圧シリン
ダに接続された液圧シリンダとから成ることを特
徴とする硝子電極等のマニピユレータ。
