Claims (1)
- 圧力或は流量などを検出し、その検出値を電流
値で出力する発信器と、プラントなどへの供給流
体の流量などを調節する調節弁と、上記発信器に
信号線を介して接続され、信号線からの電流値を
演算処理すると共にその値に応じて上記調節弁の
開度を制御するプログラム調節計とを備えた流体
制御系において、上記プログラム調節計に、その
信号線の断線を検出判断し、断線時に上記調節弁
を、プラントなどの安全側に開度制御する保護プ
ログラムを設けたことを特徴とする流体制御系の
断線保護装置。
