Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 室壁の一部を形成するレーザー入射窓を有し、
    このレーザー入射窓に対向して基板を保持する試
    料台が内設され、かつ原料ガス供給系が配管され
    た反応室と、レーザー光を射出するレーザー発振
    器と、このレーザー発振器から射出されたレーザ
    ー光を前記反応室の前記レーザー入射窓へ導き前
    記基板上へ照射する光学系とを備えてなるレーザ
    ーＣＶＤ装置において、前記光学系を、入射した
    レーザー光を鏡面反射させて一直線上を反復走査
    する直線走査手段及びその反射されたレーザー光
    を集光する集光手段により構成するとともに、基
    板を保持する前記試料台あるいはレーザー光を前
    記直線走査手段によるレーザー光の走査方向と直
    交する方向へ移動させる走査手段を設け、さらに
    前記レーザー発振器と前記光学系との間に成膜パ
    ターンに対応し、かつ前記直線走査手段の走査に
    同期した電気信号によりレーザー光の入切を制御
    するレーザー光変調制御手段を配設したことを特
    徴とするレーザーＣＶＤ装置。
