フロツプを循環動作させてなるカウンタにおいて
、 直列に接続した複数個のリセツト入力を持たな
いＤ型フリツプフロツプと、 該Ｄ型フリツプフロツプの出力信号を入力した
一致回路と、 該一致回路の出力及び少なくとも初期状態を設
定するための信号が与えられ、出力信号が上記Ｄ
型フリツプフロツプの初段に入力されたセレクタ
とを備えてなることを特徴とするカウンタ。
