Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被写体を安定載置するテーブルと、該テーブル
    の上方に設置される顕微鏡と、該顕微鏡にて拡大
    された被写体画像を映像信号に変換するビデオカ
    メラと、該ビデオカメラからの映像信号を面積デ
    ータに変換する画像処理装置と、画像処理装置か
    らの面積データが最小面積になるように調整する
    ために発せられる信号により作動するモーターコ
    ントローラーと、該モーターコントローラーの指
    示により作動して前記顕微鏡の焦点合せノブを調
    整するモータとよりなることを特徴とする顕微鏡
    の自動合焦機構。
