Claims (1)
- 材料容器内に各種材料を入れ、かつ、水を注加
して材料容器内の回転羽根によりこねたのち、発
酵その他の手順をへて材料容器の周囲適所に配置
してあるヒーターにより焼上げる製パン器に於て
、材料容器の深さを山食パン用に浅くし、また回
転羽根の回転開始から終了迄の間に低速と高速と
の二段切替可能にしたことを特徴とする製パン器
。
