Claims (1)
- 半導体基板と、該半導体基板の表面側に付設さ
れた環状の導体部と該環状の導体部から外方に延
在するリード部とを有する第１配線部と、該第１
配線部の少なくとも前記環状の導体部を被覆しか
つ該環状の導体部の内方にスルーホールを有する
絶縁膜と、該絶縁膜のスルーホール内及び該スル
ーホールに隣接する前記絶縁膜上に連続的に付設
されている第２配線部ちを備えており、前記リー
ド部と前記第２配線部とに、前記スルーホールの
、前記環状の導体部に対する位置ずれの測定に供
するプローブの接触を許容する領域を備えてなる
ことを特徴とする半導体集積回路装置。
