Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 発明の詳細な説明 〔発明の目的〕 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は、樹脂製の溶着容器とその溶着法に関するもの
で、具体例として容器は人体局部洗浄装置の貯湯水タン
クとして用いられ、そのボデー側とカバー側との結合、
即ちタンクの加熱溶着手段として利用される。
(従来の技術) 従来この種の容器として第5図に示す如く、内部に加温
ヒータ6を有し、外部からの加圧水手段(例えばポンプ
7)で冷水圧を供給し、局部洗浄用ノズル8へ温水を導
き噴出させて、人体局部の洗浄を行うものが知られる。
而して、この貯湯タンクは、コスト低減、生産性向上の
目的から、記号Aで示すボデー側とカバー側との結合は
、下記のように熱風溶着手段で行われていた。即ち、第
6図に示す如く、ファンFによる発生風はヒータ■(と
温度調節器Sで高温に制御される。そして、治具、Jの
内部熱風路H1を経て対象タンク容器W1、W2の溶着
面に向って、吹出口)(2から熱風を吹出し相互の面を
溶融する。この溶融直後に治具Jを抜き去って、第7図
示の如く圧力Pを加え、前記相互面を溶着するものであ
る。
(発明が解決しようとする問題点) しかし、前記従来の容器の溶着においては、適切に制御
すべき事項が多く、これをすべて満足させる事は大変困
難であった。即ち、制御条件として具体的に6才、 “設定した容器の樹脂材質に対して” ill  加熱吹出温度 (2)吹出風量(吹出穴の位置、数、穴径の設定を含む
) (3)  スキマ稙(Sl) (4)加熱時間 (5)加圧力(P) (6)加圧時間 等が挙げられる。これら諸条件の適応充当製如何により
、密着力の不十分なものが発生ずる危惧があり、極端な
例としては、A箇所(第5図)からの漏水が見受けられ
た。また、溶融表面は酸化被膜が形成され易く (完全
融着化の妨げ)、更に前記の様な工程のため、溶着装置
の加熱準備、治具の操作、加熱加圧時間等に手書を要し
、生産性も十分と云えなかった。
本発明では、これら従来の欠陥が取り除かれた容器の確
保と、的確なる当該容器溶着手段の達成を課題とするも
のである。
〔発明の構成〕
(問題点を解決するための手段) 上記課題を解決するため、本発明では容器の構成に次の
手段を用いた。
即ち、被溶着物夫々の間に発熱体を介在指示させ、これ
に通電して加熱し、前記被溶着物を溶融して、これを加
圧し接合させるようにした。而して、この発熱体は、被
溶着物とほぼ同材質の樹脂材質に、金属短繊維を20%
以上配合混入して成形したガスヶ・ント状のもので形成
される。そして容器融着面に沿った平面状をなし、一端
に電極部を形成し、全体に通電加熱可能な形態にされる
(作用) 発熱体の電極部に通電し加熱させると、短時間にほぼ均
等に発熱し、その発熱によりガスケット状樹脂自体は熔
融し、左右に夫々隣接する被溶着物の面も融解せしめら
れる。この適当時点に左右からの押圧力を加えると、被
溶着物は相互に融着する。
(実施例) 第1〜3図を参照し、本発明の一実施例を説明する。図
において、1及び2は樹脂材容器(被溶着物)、3は発
熱体で、前記容器1.2とほぼ同材質樹脂材に、金属短
繊維3a(平均直径40〜1201rm、長さ1〜5w
1の温電性金属)を20%以上適量配合混入し成形した
ガスケット状形成板である。第3図でみられるように、
発熱体3は容器融着面に沿う平面状で、3bは電極部を
示す。
上記作用欄で記載した如く、電極3bに通電し、容器1
.2の融着面の融解時点で、第2図示P加圧力を加える
と容器は完全に融着され得る。
尚、第3図に示す電極部3b間に設けた、絶縁目前S2
には、追加削孔し栓を施すか、或いはヒータの通し孔に
利用してもよい。
第4図は他の実施例を示す。
即ち、4は容器相互の溶着面間に直接介在させる抵抗発
熱線で、この発熱線に導電発熱させ、溶着面溶解時点で
加圧融着させるものである。
尚、この方法と企てを−にするもので、同図に示す如く
電気抵抗線4を、極で薄い容器融着面形状で同材質のガ
スケット状板5に貼付し、前記同様の操作手段を施して
もよい。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明では、単に発熱体の材質抵抗値に見合った導電量
1時間を選び、通電発熱させ適時加圧すればよいので、
従来の熱風溶着における各種工程条件の設定具合の煩雑
さが解消する。このことは通電条件の選択のみといった
制御し易い電気制御によるためである。これにより、■
設備のコスト化。■工数低減による合理化。■工程管理
の容易化と歩溜まりの向上、融着面の酸化被膜不生成に
よる融着強度の向上、 等々多くの顕著な効果を期待する事ができる。

Claims (4)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (1)別個に形成された夫々の樹脂材容器の相互の均等
    相似形成面を電気的加熱手段により融解せしめて接合加
    圧し、融着一体結合した樹脂製の溶着容器。
  2. (2)別個に形成された樹脂製容器夫々が持つ均等相似
    する接合の間に、これとほぼ同一平面形状でほぼ同材質
    の樹脂板を介在させ、該樹脂板には導電性抵抗体を混入
    させて導電発熱させ、これにより前記接合面を加熱融解
    し加圧して形成する、樹脂製溶着容器の溶着法。
  3. (3)別個に形成された樹脂製容器夫々が持つ均等相似
    する接合面の間に、抵抗発熱線を介在させ、該発熱線に
    導電し発熱させて、前記接合面を加熱融解し、加圧して
    形成する、樹脂製溶着容器の溶着法。
  4. (4)特許請求の範囲第3項記載の抵抗発熱線は、樹脂
    製容器とほぼ同材質の薄形ガスケット状板に貼着されて
    なる樹脂製溶着容器の溶着法。
