Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. サーボモータで機械系を駆動するサーボ駆動系
    に衝突や過負荷が発生したことを検出するサーボ
    駆動系の異常検出装置において、サーボモータの
    電流の極性と加速度の極性を検出し、それらが互
    は逆方向であることによつて衝突を判別する衝突
    検出回路と、加速度がゼロで且つ所定値以上の電
    流が所定時間以上継続したことによつて過負荷を
    判別する過負荷検出回路を備えたことを特徴とす
    るサーボ駆動系の異常検出回路。
