本発明は塩化カルプロニウムを主剤とする化粧料に関す

本発明者は先に、動物実験、ヒトの実験によって、塩化
カルプロニウムが外用によって皮膚血流を増加すること

ても凍癒、湿疹類などの治療に有効なことを発見した（
皮膚疾患治療剤特開昭５６−３２４１５号公報参照）。

皮膚にしわのできる原因の一つとして、老化によるＩｌ

末梢血行の劣化、皮脂分泌の低下、水分分泌（発汗）の
減少は皮膚の老化を助長し、しわの発生に関与する。殊
に、皮膚の血流の減少は水分や栄養の補給を不充分にす
るばかりでなく、皮脂の分泌、発汗をも減少させるので
、特に注意すべぎである。

問題点を解決するための手段
本発明者は老化により次第に硬化し、挟挿する傾向にあ
る血管壁に塩化カルプロニウムが作用して皮膚自流を改
善し、老化により減少傾向をたどる皮脂分泌、発汗を改
善するという以上の研究結果に基づいて、老化を遅延さ
せ、「仮性じわ」「小じわ」肌荒れを冶疲することの可
能性に思いをめぐらせた結果、本発明の化粧料に到達し
た。

．５重ω％で充分である。この濃度の塩化カルプロニウ

に極めて大きな帰与をすることがわかった。

に塗布して恢復の際を観察した。正常への恢復は皮溝の
深さ、皮丘の規則正しさ、細小化などによって判断した
。
方例Ａ）ｐＨを４．７〜５．０に調整 効果例２（作用効果） モデル的肌荒れに対する塩化カルプロニウム含有軟膏の
作用 基剤の影響をできる限りさける意味で、カーポワックス
に０．５ Ｗ／Ｗ％を含有さＵ゛た軟膏を用いた。人工
的に、紫外線光源（極光電気、２９７ｎｍにピーク）の
照射により肌荒れを生じさせ、１日１回０．５％塩化カ
ルプロニウム軟膏とカーボワックスのみを隣接した部分
に塗布して恢復の際を観察した。正常への恢復は皮溝の
深さ、皮丘の規則正しさ、細小化などによって判断した
。
発明の作用効果
効果例３（作用効果）
肌荒れと［小じわ１に対する塩化カルプロニウム含有ロ
ーションの効果 ローションには実施例２の処方を用いた。肌荒れ、小じ
わの所見としてはスンプと接写（メディカルニコール使
用）を補助診断法とした。ローション塗布は１〜２回／
日とした。

Claims (1)
- （１）ａ）エタノール、ｂ）クエン酸、リンゴ酸、グル
タミン酸、コハク酸、フタール酸、乳酸、酢酸及びホウ
酸から選択される酸或はそれらの塩の一種又はそれ以上
、ｃ）パントテニルエチルエーテル、ｄ）コラーゲン、
ヒアルロン酸及びエラスチンの一種又はそれ以上を配合
することにより、主剤の塩化カルプロニウムの安定と作
用を助成することを特徴とする化粧料。
