    されながら乾燥工程へ搬送される途上において、
    前記装置に付設された水滴吹き飛ばし装置の高圧
    エアー吹出口をローラーコンベア上で搬送される
    鶏卵の列に対応して設け、該鶏卵１個に対して一
    つの高圧エアー吹出口が相対することを特徴とし
    た水滴吹き飛ばし装置を有する鶏卵乾燥装置。 (2) 前記高圧エアー吹出口が三角形の隣合う二
    辺の形をした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の水滴吹き飛ばし装置を有する鶏卵乾燥装置。 (3) 前記高圧エアー吹出口がＵ字型をした実用
