- その周囲に可撓性周縁部を有する第１の電極板
と、この第１の電極板の可撓性周縁部にその下端
面の金属層を介して固着された両端面に金属層が
設けられた樹脂製環状体と、この樹脂製環状体内
の前記第１の電極板上に載置された半導体素子と
、前記樹脂製環状体の上端面の金属層にその周囲
に有する可撓性周縁部が固着された第２の電極板
とからなることを特徴とする半導体装置。
