Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 原料となる溶融体が収容されたルツボを支
持する支持軸を回転させて溶融体を回転させつつ
単結晶を引上げ製造する結晶製造装置において、 前記支持軸の周囲に、前記溶融体に対して磁場
を印加する磁場印加手段を配置したことを特徴と
する結晶製造装置。 (2) 前記支持軸は磁性材料によつて形成されて
いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の結晶製
造装置。 (3) 前記支持軸は断熱材を介してルツボに接合
されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第
２項のいずれかに記載の結晶製造装置。 (4) 前記単結晶のメニスカス近傍に他の磁場印
加手段を配置したことを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項ないし第３項のいずれかに記載
の結晶製造装置。
