第１図は、この考案の一実施例としてのトリマ
コンデンサ１を示す中央縦断正面図である。第２
図は、第１図のトリマコンデンサ１の底面図であ
る。第３図は、第１図に示したトリマコンデンサ
１のステータ基板２の平面図である。第４図は、
同じくトリマコンデンサ１のセラミツクロータ３
の平面図である。第５図および第６図は、第１図
のカバーフイルム１８を形成する方法の一例を説
明するための図である。第７図ないし第９図は、
トリマコンデンサ１の下面側に形成されるシール
部材の形成方法の他の例を説明するための図であ
る。第１０図は、この考案の他の実施例としての
トリマコンデンサ１ａを示す中央縦断正面図であ
る。 図において、１，１ａはトリマコンデンサ、２
，２ａはステータ基板、３はセラミツクロータ（
ロータ部材）、４はロータ軸、９，１１は貫通孔
、１８はカバーフイルム、１９，１９ｂはシール
部材である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ステータ基板と、当該ステータ基板の一方
    面側においてロータ軸に支持されながらステータ
    基板に対して回転可能に保持されたロータ部材と
    を備え、ロータ軸はステータ基板の他方面側にま
    で貫通している、開放型の電子機構部品において
    、 前記ロータ部材を覆うように、樹脂からなるカ
    バーフイルムが前記ステータ基板に接着されて形
    成されるとともに、 前記ステータ基板の他方面側において外部から
    前記ロータ軸とステータ基板との隙間への通路を
    遮断する、樹脂からなるシール部材が形成された
    ことを特徴とする、電子機構部品。 (2) 前記カバーフイルムは、前記ロータ部材の
    回転操作時に容易に破断可能である、実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の電子機構部品。
