- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回路部品を搭載したメタルベース基板と外装ケ
ースを接着剤により接合し、前記外装ケースの内
部を樹脂材によつて封止した電力半導体装置にお
いて、 前記外装ケースの内面に、前記メタルベース基
板の表面に対向する舌片または溝部を設けてなる
ことを特徴とする電力半導体装置。
