Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上部開口をボンネツトで閉塞した弁本体内
の流体通路に形成した弁座を開閉する弁体の弁棒
をボンネツトの貫通部を貫通させ、この貫通部と
弁棒との間にグランドパツキンおよびこのグラン
ドパツキンの上面を押圧するグランドフロアを充
填し、このグランドフロアをボンネツトの上面に
設けたグランドフランジで押しつけることによつ
てグランドパツキンに締付力を付与するように構
成したバルブにおいて、前記グランドフランジの
グランドフロアに当る個所に設けた感圧子と、そ
のグランドフランジから突出するボンネツト上面
に植込んで植込ボルトに螺合しその周りに歯車を
刻んだ歯車付ナツトと、この歯車付ナツトの歯車
部と螺合するウオームホイールを駆動する締付駆
動用モータと、この締付駆動用モータを前記感圧
子から得られた前記グランドパツキンに対する実
際の締付力と予め設定した締付力とを比較し実際
の締付力が不足している場合のみ駆動してグラン
ドパツキンに増締めを行なわせる制御回路とを具
備したことを特徴とするバルブ・グランドのリー
ク防止装置。 (2) 弁棒の貫通部のグランド部からリークオフ
ノズルを介して取り出したリークをグランドリー
クオフコンデンサで凝縮するリーク検出系統を備
え、このクーリ検出系統の温度検出器でグランド
部からのリークを検知したとき締付駆動用モータ
を始動させる制御回路を具備したことを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のバルブ・
グランドのリーク防止装置。
