Claims (1)
- オフガス処理系の途中に、該オフガス中のエア
ロゾル除去用濾過層を収容した処理容器を複数並
列に設けるとともに、これら処理容器の上流に、
該処理容器へのオフガス流入路を択一的に開放し
て他の処理容器へのオフガス流入路を遮断する流
入切替手段を設け、かつ、各処理容器に、前記切
替手段によつて一つの処理容器にオフガスが流入
されているときに他の処理容器に付着粒子除去用
洗浄液を供給してその中の濾過層を浸液きせるた
めの洗浄液供給系と、濾過層を洗浄液により浸液
状態としているときに該洗浄液の中にエアを供給
して洗浄液を流動させることにより濾過層を洗浄
するためのエア供給系と、洗浄液の中を経由した
エアを前記一つの処理容器に輸送する連絡路とを
連設したことを特徴とするオフガス中のエアロゾ
ル除去装置。
