と平行な共振器縦断面図を示し、第３図ｂはマイ
クロ波進行方向と垂直な共振器縦断面図で共振器
内の電磁気力線を示す状態図である。第４図は、
本考案に係るプラズマ装置の第４実施例を示す共
振器縦断面図である。第５図は、従来のプラズマ
装置の一例を示す概略図である。第６図は、第５
図中Ａ―Ａ′に沿つて切断した矢視図で共振器内
の電気力線を示す状態図である。第７図は、第５
図中の仕切板付近の電界分布を示す状態図である

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電磁波を用いて発生させたプラズマにより
    母材表面上へ薄膜生成、結晶の生成、あるいは表
    面処理を行なう装置において、 共振空胴内に、電磁波透過性のある材料で構成
    されたプラズマを発生させる真空容器を設けるこ
    とを特徴とするプラズマ装置。 (2) 前記真空容器にガス注入口を設けることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記
    載のプラズマ装置。 (3) 前記真空容器を置く台にガス注入口を設け
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1
    )項に記載のプラズマ装置。 (4) 前記真空容器内に母材保持台を設けること
