Claims (1)
- ＭＯＣＶＤ装置における原料ガスを反応室側と
通気管側とに切り替える切替弁を複数集積したマ
ニホールドにおいて、各切替弁と通気管および原
料ガスを反応室へ導入するための反応室導入管と
の間を配管でそれぞれ接続し、かつ切替弁と反応
室導入管との間の配管の１以上にその加熱手段を
それぞれ設けていることを特徴とするＭＯＣＶＤ
装置用マニホールド。
