ツプリング片、９：モータ、１０：上部ヒータ、
１１：被検査物、１２：台、１３：水、１４：第
一温度センサ、１５：第二温度センサ、１６：繊
維状材料、１７：制御器、１８：開閉弁、１９：
四方弁、２０：コンプレツサ、２１：給排管、２
２：吐出管、２３：吸入管、２４：排気管、２５
：開閉弁。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 耐圧性の検査容器内に被検査部を収納した状態
    でこの検査容器の底部に供給した水を底部ヒータ
    により加熱蒸発させると共に、加熱蒸発させて発
    生した水蒸気を上部ヒータにより加熱する事で上
    記検査容器内を高温多湿の状態とし、上記被検査
    物の加速試験を行なう耐環境試験器に於いて、温
    度検出部を検査容器内の気体中に露出させた第一
    温度センサと、検査容器内の気体中に存在する温
    度検出部を覆う繊維状材料の下端部を検査容器底
    部の水に漬けた第二温度センサとの信号を、第一
    、第二両温度センサからの信号に基づいて前記上
    部ヒータと底部ヒータとへの通電を制御する制御
    器に入力し、加圧試験の開始時に検査容器内の気
    体を外部に排出する排気管の途中に設けた開閉弁
    を、上記第二温度センサが検出する温度に基づい
    て開閉制御自在とした事を特徴とする耐環境試験
    器。
