、第３図は第１及び第２図に示した保護シートの
正面図、第４図は保護シートの変形実施例の第３
図に相当する図、第５図は第２図の変形例を示す
図、第６図は第５図の矢印の方向に見た部分図
である。 １６：シリンダ、２０：ブレーキパツド、３４
：ピストン、３６：ピストン段部、３８：環状溝
、４０，４２：溝側面、４６：環状弾性スリーブ
、５０：保護シート、５２：保護シート径方向内
縁、５４：弾性舌片。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ブレーキ用、特に自動車車両用スポツト型
    デイスクブレーキ用の液圧アクチユエータであつ
    て、前端がシリンダ１６から突出してブレーキパ
    ツド２０に当接する段部３６を有するピストン３
    ４と、上記段部３６の外面に前方から嵌込まれる
    環状の保護シート５０と、該保護シート５０の後
    に設けられ、その径方向外縁とシリンダ１６との
    間およびその径方向内縁とピストン３４との間の
    密閉を与える環状の弾性スリーブ４６とを有する
    液圧アクチユエータに於て、上記段部３６はその
    外面に環状溝３８を有し、上記保護シート５０は
    全体的には平面状であり、その径方向内縁５２か
    ら内側に突出して上記環状溝３８に拘留される弾
    性舌片５４を有し、それにより該保護シート５０
    がブレーキパツド２０から間隔を置いて保持され
    るようになされ、上記段部３６に形成された環状
    溝３８は径方向内側に収斂する溝側面４０，４２
    で形成され、上記弾性舌片５４の少くとも一部が
    保護シート５０の平面Ｂから屈曲して、それによ
    り上記溝側面４０，４２の間に固定される事を特
    徴とするアクチユエータ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のアク
    チユエータに於て、後側の上記溝側面４０がラジ
    アル面により形成されている事を特徴とするアク
    チユエータ。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項
    記載のアクチユエータに於て、上記弾性舌片５４
    が全て前方に均一に屈曲している事を特徴とする
    アクチユエータ。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項
    記載のアクチユエータに於て、上記弾性舌片が互
    いに交叉している事を特徴とするアクチユエータ
    。 (5) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項
    記載のアクチユエータに於て、上記弾性舌片５４
    が各それ自身のラジアル軸Ｅのまわりに捩られて
    いる事を特徴とするアクチユエータ。 (6) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第５項
    までのいづれか１項記載のアクチユエータに於て
    、全ての上記弾性舌片５４が上記環状保護シート
    ５０の１８０°以下の範囲のセクターに設けられ
    、保護シート５０の該セクターと反対側の領域６
    ０の内縁５２の中心Ｃからの距離Ｆが縮小されて
    いる事を特徴とするアクチユエータ。 (7) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第６項
    までのいずれか１項記載のアクチユエータに於て
    、上記ピストン３４は上記環状溝３８の後に軸方
    向に間隔をおいて上記スリーブ４６の径方向内縁
    が嵌合する第２環状溝を有する事を特徴とするア
    クチユエータ。
