第１図ないし第５図は本考案の一実施例を示す
ものであつて、第１図は電縫鋼管の内面ビード切
削装置の使用状態を示す縦断側面図、第２図は内
面ビード切削装置の平面図、第３図は第１図の一
部を拡大して示す縦断側面図、第４図は位置決め
駆動装置と上コロの昇降装置との関係を示す一部
縦断側面図、第５図は可動上コロの昇降位置と鋼
管に対するバイトの位置との関係を示す概略側面
図である。第６図は従来の電縫鋼管の内面ビード
切削装置に示す一部縦断側面図である。 図において、１は切削装置本体、２は上コロ、
３は上コロ、４は切削バイト、５は下コロ、６は
昇降装置、７は位置決め駆動装置、８は鋼管、９
は駆動軸、１２は下コロ支持アーム、１３はピン
、１４は下コロ押圧用油圧シリンダ、１６は支持
装置、１７はロツド、１８はビード、２１はホル
ダ、２２はガイド部、２３はウエツジ、２４はボ
ールねじ螺杆、２７はサーボモータ、２８は回転
位置検出器、２９は比較器、３０はサーボドライ
バ、３１は可撓駆動軸、３２は減速機である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電縫鋼管内の配置される切削装置本体１の上部
    に、鋼管長手方向に間隔をおいて配置された２個
    の上コロ２，３および切削バイト４が設けられ、
    前記切削装置本体１の下部に鋼管半径方向に移動
    自在な下コロ５が設けられている電縫鋼管の内面
    ビード切削装置において、前記切削装置本体１に
    一方の上コロを昇降移動させる昇降装置６が設け
    られ、その昇降装置６の昇降位置を調整する位置
    決め駆動装置７が、鋼管８の外部に配置され、そ
    の位置決め駆動装置７と昇降装置６とが駆動軸９
    により連結されていることを特徴とする電縫鋼管
    の内面ビード切削装置。
