Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ガスが流通可能な連通孔を有した壁の両面
    に電極を設け、上記壁の一方側に水を、他方側に
    酸素ガス又は酸素ガスを含む混合ガスをそれぞれ
    供給し、上記両電極間に放電させて上記酸素ガス
    中に発生したオゾンガスを上記連通孔から上記水
    に圧入させて溶解してオゾン水を製造するように
    構成したことを特徴とするオゾン水製造装置。 (2) 上記壁を円筒の多孔性セラミツク誘電体で
    形成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載のオゾン水製造装置。 (3) 上記円筒の多孔性セラミツク誘電体が、そ
    の外側に通水筒を有するように構成したことを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載のオ
    ゾン水製造装置。 (4) 上記電極を、高電圧交流電源に接続するよ
    うに構成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
