Claims (1)
- 円板状の刃板１の周縁部に多数の歯形２を形成
し、該歯形部分にそれぞれチツプ３を接合するチ
ツプソーにおいて、刃板１の回転方向に対し先端
部である歯形２の頂部より斜め後方に向けて奥が
狭くなる小さな角度α１でテーパー状の凹所４を
穿設し、この凹所４に両側面が同じテーパー状で
あるチツプ３を嵌入せしめるとともに、凹所４の
先端部には大きな角度α２の拡開部４ａを形成し
、かつチツプ３の先端部両側面は上記拡開形状に
沿つて膨出する形状とし、拡開部４ａを含め刃板
１の凹所にチツプ３を接合することを特徴とする
チツプソー。
