Claims (1)
- パネル状に林立した管複数本をパネル状両側面
から挾み可調整な間隔を存して対峙するＵ字状の
中空平行腕からなるガイド部材と、上記ガイド部
材の中空部に収納され平行腕の軸線方向にそれぞ
れ光束を進行させる光束源装置と、上記ガイド部
材の各平行腕にそれぞれ付設され互いに対向して
軸線方向に走行可能に載架され肉厚測定子及び外
径測定子を組込んだ測定ユニツトと、上記測定ユ
ニツトの下部にそれぞれ設置され上記進行光束を
検知する光位置検出センサーとを具えたことを特
徴とするパネル状に林立した管の形状測定装置。
