Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明はプリンタ装置のキャリア上に設けられた用紙ガ
イド部材と印字面に印字用紙を圧接するためのローラ形
状に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来この種の用紙ガイド部材と印字面に用紙を圧接する
ためのローラは円筒形状となっておシ圧接シャフト上に
回転自在に保持された構造となっていた。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
前述した、従来の用紙ガイド部材と印字面に用紙を圧接
するための圧接ローラは外形が円筒形状となっておシ、
シャフト上に回転自在に保持されていた。このため用紙
両端エツジ部が印字面と逆方向にカールしている場合は
印字面と用紙ガイド部材の間隙を通過した用紙が前記印
字面と圧接ローラの間を通過する場合用紙のエツジ部が
スムースに圧接ローラ部に噛み込まず用紙ジャムの原因
となる欠点を有していた。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本発明は印字面に用紙を導くための用紙ガイド部材に一
致する箇所の圧接ローラの箇所を円筒としさらに用紙エ
ツジ部方向に延長した部分をスブンドル形状としこの形
状の圧接ローラを対称にシャフト上に回転自在に配置し
た構造を有している。
〔実施例〕
次に本発明の実施例について図面を参照して説明する。
第１図を参照すると、プラテン１はフレーム（図示せず
）に回転自在に保持されており、印字ヘッド２および用
紙ガイド３を搭載したキャリアフレーム４をプラテン１
と平行に左右に移動可能に案内すべく設けられた案内＠
５ａ、５ｂのｒ＋ｚｎ　Ｑを固定保持した構成となって
いる。
さらにプラテン１には圧接ンヤフト６がプラテンと平行
にあり圧接シャフト上には回転自在に保持されたスプン
ドル形状の圧接ローラ７．８を２個が対称に配置されｆ
ｃ構造で前記圧接シャフト６は、スプリング張力（図示
せず）によシ常時プラテン１方向に圧接されている。
動作を説明すると、用紙９はキャリアフレーム４上の用
紙ガイド３とプラテン１の間を通過し、用紙ガイド３に
より圧接ローラ７．８に導かれプラテン１と圧接ローラ
７．８の間を通過する。
〔発明の効果〕
以上説明した偽造により本発明によると、プラテンと用
紙ガイド部材の間隙ヲ遡過する印字用紙は、用紙エツジ
が印字面と反対方向にカールしている場合でも用紙中央
附近の箇所が用紙ガイドによります圧接ローラに噛み込
み１１１次外側が圧接ローラに呼び込まれる構造でおる
ため用紙のエツジカールに無関係に用紙をプラテンに巻
き付けられるため用紙ジャム４１少限に防止出来る効果
がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. キャリア上に印字面と平行に同一形状を有した用紙ガイ
    ド部材を設け、この用紙ガイド部材の中央附近に印字ヘ
    ッド先端部とインクリボンが印字面に対し露出可能に窓
    を形成し、印字面と用紙ガイド部材の間隙を通過した印
    字用紙を印字面に圧接するための回転ローラを２個有し
    、前記回転ローラをスプンドル形状として対称に圧接シ
    ャフトに回転自在に保持したことを特徴とする用紙案内
    構造。
