Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) レーザ光を送出する半導体レーザと、前記
    半導体レーザの周囲温度を変化させることにより
    、少なくとも濃度を測定すべき可燃性ガスの赤外
    吸収波長を含む範囲で、該半導体レーザの発振波
    長を掃引する温度制御手段と、前記濃度を測定す
    べき可燃性ガス中に前記レーザ光を伝送させる検
    出部と、前記レーザ光が吸収される赤外波長に対
    応する光出力と該レーザ光が吸収されない非赤外
    吸収波長に対応する光出力との差に基づいて、二
    波長差分方法により該可燃性ガスの濃度を検出す
    る検出回路とを備えたことを特徴とする可燃性ガ
    ス検出装置。 (2) レーザ光は、光フアイバを介して前記検出
    部に伝送される実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の可燃性ガス検出装置。 (3) 検出回路は、吸収波長による光出力の変動
    を補正する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    可燃性ガス検出装置。
