Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 可撓性を有する絶縁フイルム上に導電パタ
ーンが設けられ、該導電パターンを覆つて複数層
のレジスト層が設けられているフレキシブル印刷
配線板において、前記レジスト層を構成する各レ
ジスト膜の少なくとも一層が端部で位置ずれして
いることを特徴とするフレキシブル印刷配線板。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載におい
て、最上層のレジスト膜が下層のレジスト膜の端
部より突出状態で位置ずれしていることを特徴と
するフレキシブル印刷配線板。
