Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) この考案は合成樹脂製袋の袋口を曲線状にシー
ルするものに関する。
(従来の技術) 従来、合成樹脂製のフイルムに強度をもたせる
ように加工した延伸フイルム同志を接合したり、
或はフイルムで袋を作るのに用いるヒートシール
方法を開示したものに特開昭52−80368号公報の
第1図(本願図面の第6図)のものがある。上記
第6図に就いて簡単に説明すると、ヒートシール
線31は金型32の一面に型刻り加工を施すこと
により削り出されており、この金型32にはヒー
ター33を埋設すると共に、該ヒーター33への
通電によつて金型32を加熱して金型32につい
でヒートシール線31を適温に加熱するものであ
る。
上記のものにあつては、ヒートシール線を大き
い体積の金型から削り出す困難さと、ヒーターを
埋込むための穿孔などの作業工程に要する高度な
金型技術及びその加工手間に加えて金型の素材費
などが高価でその製作費、製作に要する作業時間
特に屈曲の曲率、折曲の角度の大小による作業性
の困難さなどによつて金型の占める製作費及び製
品の価格に占る比率が極めて大きく、改善への大
きな課題であつた。
また、本願考案者が本願の原型として考案した
ものであつて、合成樹脂製袋の袋口を直線状にシ
ールするシール装置Bは、第4図及び第5図イ,
ロに示す絶縁性のシール作業板20の上面に帯状
のヒーター21を幅の広い面をシール作業板20
の表面と平行させ、このヒーター21の両端をテ
ンシヨンアーム22,22の間に張設しそのヒー
ター21の上に挿入した袋23の袋口23′をシ
ール押え板24によりヒーター21に押付けてシ
ールを施していた。上記のものにあつてはヒータ
ーを横倒しにして用いていたので直線以外のシー
ル加工を施すことは全く不可能であつた。従つて
本願考案は、これが解決策として開発したもので
ある。
(考案が解決しようとする問題点) 本考案が解決しようとする問題点は、帯状を呈
するヒーターを水平方向の曲げ自在に支持すると
共に、シール時のヒーターをシール作業板の曲線
溝に介在させることによりシール位置及びシール
線がずれないようにすることである。
(問題を解決するための技術的手段) 本考案が上記問題点を解決するために講じた技
術的手段は、所要断面形及び長さの帯状にしたヒ
ーターの両端を通電可能のテンシヨンアームに幅
方向を縦にして支持し、前記ヒーターを別に設け
た作業板の曲線溝に一挙動作で出入り自在に対応
させることである。
(作用) 通電可能の対のテンシヨンアームに水平方向の
曲率を変形自在に支持したヒーターを、別に設け
たシール作業板の上面に予じめ凹設してある曲線
溝の曲率に一致させて落し込むように嵌合させて
置き、このヒーターの上に載せた袋口を別に設け
たシール押え板によつて押え付けることにより、
袋口を加熱溶融して袋口にシールを施す。
(実施例) 以下、この実施例を図に基づいて詳細に説明す
る。
この実施例は、第1図及び第2図に示すように
シール作業板1はインパルスシール装置Aに固定
されたゴムその他の絶縁性を具備し、このシール
作業板1の表面には弧形、波形その他所要曲率の
曲線溝2を予じめ設ける。別に設けたヒーター3
は断面多角形を呈する帯状で両端をテンシヨンア
ーム4,4の連結部5,5に取付けて支持されて
おり、テンシヨンアーム4,4は後記のシール作
業板1の両側外に傾動自在に枢支され、各テンシ
ヨンアーム4,4は、引張スプリング6,6によ
り異方向へ互いに引合うように弾装してあつて、
常時は直線状に支持されている。シール押え板7
は前記シール作業板1と同一の素材によりほぼ均
しい平面積を具備し、前記インパルスシール装置
Aの作動機構(図示省略)により上下の往復運動
自在に配置する。第3図は曲線溝2の別の実施例
でS字形の曲線溝2′を設けたシール作業板1を
示すこの考案に於いて食品、小物類その他の物品
(図示省略)を詰めた合成樹脂製の袋8の袋口9
に所要の曲線状にシール10を施すには、先ず第
1図のシール作業板1の曲線溝2内にヒーター3
が嵌め込まれるようにテンシヨンアーム4,4を
引張スプリング6,6の蓄力に抗して引寄せるよ
うに操作してヒーター3に直線方向のテンシヨン
を与えながら曲線溝2と同一の曲率に変形させ、
そのままヒーター3を曲線溝2内に落し込むよう
に嵌合する。この際ヒーター3は、上面の一部が
曲線溝2から外に食み出すようにしてシール作業
板1の表面に僅かに突出させられている。次にこ
のようにシール作業板1の表面に帯状に突出して
いるヒーター3の上に袋口9を載せて位置決め
し、そのままシール押え板7を圧下方向に作動し
て袋口9をヒーター3の上に押付けると、このヒ
ーター3はインパルス方式による衝撃電流により
加熱され、該ヒーター3の表面に押付けられた袋
口9の対応面をヒーター3と同一の曲線状に溶融
させてシール10を施す。
この場合ヒーター3は曲線溝2の内部に在つて
両端を係止しているテンシヨンアーム4,4を介
して常時引張方向への均等なテンシヨンを賦与さ
れているので、ヒーター3が加熱により直線方向
へ復元しようとするのを曲線溝2によつて巧に吸
収排除しているために袋口9のシール10を均一
に施すことができる。尚別の実施例の場合も上述
に準じて作動する。
(効果) この考案は、上記の構成であるから、次の利点
を有する。
(1) シール作業板の表面に所要の形状及び曲率に
よる曲線溝を設けると共に、この曲線溝に、傾
動自在の対のテンシヨンアームに支持した帯状
のヒーターを、水平方向の曲率を変形自在に支
持し、このヒーターを直線から曲線溝の曲率に
応じた曲線に一挙動作で変化させながら曲線溝
に嵌め、曲線溝と同一のシールを袋口に施すよ
うにしたので、袋口のシールを均一に然も美的
な曲線状に形成することができる。
(2) ヒーターは直線の状態から曲線溝内に変形さ
せられて嵌め込まれているので、シール板をも
つて圧迫されてもシール線がずれたり、変形し
たりすることなく美しい曲線を現わして確実に
シールを施すことができる。
(3) 必要な曲線、突起、突条などを金型の表面に
彫刻状に形成する従来のものと異なり、本案の
ヒーターは断面ほぼ多角形の帯状にしたものを
傾斜自在な対のテンシヨンアームをもつて直線
状に支持し、テンシヨンアームを互いに引寄せ
る一挙動作でヒーターの曲率を自由自在に変形
できるために、袋口のシールは流れるような曲
線と均一な溶融とにより美しい曲線に現わすこ
とができ、然も簡略な機構により設備費を大幅
に軽減させられるなどの効果は大きい。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ゴムその他絶縁性で表面に弧形、S字形などの
    所要曲率による曲線溝2を有したシール作業板1
    及び同一素材のシール押え板7を有する熱処理用
    のインパルスシール装置Aを構成し、別に、断面
    多角形の帯状にしたヒーター3を形成すると共
    に、該ヒーター3を前記シール作業板1の両端に
    傾動自在に配置したテンシヨンアーム4,4に支
    持し、両テンシヨンアーム4,4の異方向への弾
    力賦与によつてヒーター3を常時は直線状に保持
    し、シール作業時にはヒーター3を幅の広い面を
    横向きにして前記曲線溝2内に上面が該曲線溝2
    から僅かに食み出るように嵌め込むことを特徴と
    する合成樹脂製袋用の曲線シール装置。
