    凹部を設け、ワイヤボンドにより前記温度センサ
    チツプとリード端子間の接続を行ない、前記温度
    センサチツプを含むリード端子の上部全体をパシ
    ベーシヨン材で被覆してなることを特徴とする薄
    膜温度センサ。
