Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、絣緯糸が正しい折り返し点で折り返
され、絣が所定通りに正確に表現されるようにし
た緯糸の耳部加工法に係るものにして、一実施例
を添付図面を参照して説明すると、絣捺染の為緯
糸１を捲回した緯巻板２の左右両縁の端側面３を
残して両縁耳部の上下面に糊剤４を塗布固着して
固着耳部ａを形成する。

一般に絣織物の製織は絣合せが正確に行われる
ことが重要な課題となるが、正確に絣合せが行わ
れる為には緯糸が正しい位置で折り返されること
が条件となる。

しかし、実際は糸の張力の変化や糸の伸縮やシ
ヤトルの飛び出し力の変化などの諸原因により少
しづ狂うことがあり、これが積み重なると絣合せ
が狂う程ずれが生ずる。

この点本発明は、絣捺染の為緯糸を捲回した緯
巻板の左右両縁の端側面を残して両縁耳部の上下
面に糊剤を塗布固着して固着耳部を形成したから
正確に緯巻板の端側面の厚さだけを残してその左
右に固着耳部が形成され、正しい折り返し点の左
右に糊剤で固められた固着耳部が位置することと
なり、製織に際して緯糸の折り返し位置が少しず
れても常にすぐ隣に位置している折り返し易い固
着耳部の間の正しい折り返し位置で折り返される
ことになるから絣合せが自動的に正確に行い得る
事になる。
巻板の左右両縁の端側面を残して両縁耳部の上下
面に糊剤を塗布固着して固着耳部を形成したから
正確に緯巻板の端側面の厚さだけを残してその左
右に固着耳部が形成され、正しい折り返し点の左
右に糊剤で固められた固着耳部が位置することと
なり、製織に際して緯糸の折り返し位置が少しず
れても常にすぐ隣に位置している折り返し易い固
着耳部の間の正しい折り返し位置で折り返される
ことになるから絣合せが自動的に正確に行い得る
事になる。
その上この固着耳部の形成も緯糸を捲回した緯
巻板の左右両縁の端側面を残して両縁耳部の上下
面に糊剤を塗布固着して行うから極めて容易に且
所定位置に固着耳部を形成し得る秀れた特長を発
揮する。

Claims (1)
- １ 絣捺染の為緯糸を捲回した緯巻板の左右両縁
の端側面を残して両縁耳部の上下面に糊剤を塗布
固着して固着耳部を形成する事を特徴とする緯糸
の耳部加工法。
