ースに電界効果トランジスタと抵抗を直列に接続
し、この電界効果トランジスタと抵抗の接続点に
前記エミツタ接地のバイポーラトランジスタのベ
ースを接続し、前記電界効果トランジスタのイン
ピーダンスをゲート電圧で制御し、この電界効果
トランジスタと抵抗とで分圧して前記アクテイブ
・フイルタの直流利得を可変するようにしたこと
を特徴とするＰＬＬ回路。
