Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 胸腔内の液体を排出する装置であつて、 患者の胸腔から吸い込まれた液体を受け取るた
めに接続されている入口開口と、該入口開口の下
流に位置していて、患者に吸込み力を負荷するた
めの負圧源に接続される空気出口とを備えた捕集
容器10が設けられており、 該捕集容器内に単数又は複数の液体捕集室26
A,26B,26Cが設けられていて、該液体捕
集室が前記入口開口と空気出口との間において同
液体捕集室内の液体上にエアースペースを形成し
ており、 前記空気出口に調圧弁を介して接続された空気
室が圧力調整室として設けられており、 前記エアースペースから延びている空気導管が
設けられていて、該空気導管が、下流方向への通
流だけを許す可動の弁閉鎖部材を備えた逆止弁を
介して前記空気室に開口している形式のものにお
いて、 前記逆止弁とエアースペースとの間において前
記空気導管に、液体を満たされた透明なU字形管
62Aが挿入されていて、該U字形管が視覚的な
空気漏れ表示器を形成していることを特徴とする
、胸腔内の液体を排出する装置。 2 前記U字形管62Aが上流側の脚と下流側の
脚とを有しており、下流側の脚が空気出口の片側
に横方向にずらされており、下流側の脚から流出
する液体が空気出口に侵入する前に同液体をとら
えてU字形管62Aに戻すために、バツフルBが
設けられている、実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
記載の装置。 3 第2のU字形管62が入口開口に設けられて
いて、該U字形管が、液体によつて満たされてい
る場合に、同液体の前後の動きによつて患者の吸
気及び呼気に反応する、実用新案登録請求の範囲
第1項又は第2項記載の装置。 4 U字形管62Aの上流における断続的な正圧
波によつて引き起こされる、U字形管62Aの液
体における泡立ち反応を効果的に抑制するために
、液体捕集室における液体上のエアースペースの
容積が、装置において患者と入口開口との間に存
在するエアースペースと比べて常に十分に大きく
保たれている、実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項又
は第2項記載の装置。 5 バツフルBが、U字形管62Aの下流側の脚
からの出口の上に配置されたドーム状のポケツト
を有している、実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記
載の装置。
