Claims (1)
- ポツトより延びるランナの終端に、キヤビテイ
を設けた金型を使用し、ポツト内の樹脂タブレツ
トを、プランジヤーで押圧しながら加熱溶融して
、キヤビテイに溶融樹脂を送出し、これを硬化さ
せることにより、キヤビテイ内に成形体を得るよ
うにした樹脂封止装置において、前記キヤビテイ
の内壁に、溶融樹脂充満後、溶融樹脂を押圧する
押圧機構を設けたことを特徴とする樹脂封止装置
。
