- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 パルスレーザ光を発射するパルスレーザ装置と
、このパルスレーザ光を物体光と参照光とに２分
するスプリツタと、 上記物体光を軸心回りに回転する被検回転体へ
該軸心と角度を有して入射させる第１の入射手段
と、 上記物体光の被検回転体からの反射経路に斜面
を向けて配置される直角プリズムと、 この直角プリズムを上記被回転体の１／２の角
速度で回転させる回転手段と、 上記直角プリズムを通過した物体光により露光
される写真乾板と、 上記参照光を上記写真乾板に入射させる第２の
入射手段とを有する回転体振動計測装置において
、 上記直角プリズムを介してその回転軸方向にレ
ーザビームを照射する照射手段と、 上記レーザビームの被検回転体からの反射光を
上記直角プリズムを介して受光する光電変換器と
、 上記レーザビームを直角プリズムに入射する前
に分割し、かつ、上記光電変換器へ入射する第３
の入射手段と を具備したことを特徴とする回転体振動計測装置
