Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 所定方向に移動する感熱部材に熱を伝達す
ることで印字を可能とする熱印字素子であつて、
熱絶縁体上に発熱抵抗体を積層し、この発熱抵抗
体上に第１、第２の電力供給電極を該感熱部材移
動方向に沿つて隔離配置し、該発熱抵抗体及び第
１、第２の電力供給電極を覆うように耐摩耗性保
護膜を積層して成るものにおいて、該第１の電力
供給電極の配置箇所を下段面とする発熱抵抗体段
差部を、該第１の電力供給電極近傍に形成し、該
段差部上段の延在形成面上に該第２の電力供給電
極を配置したことを特徴とする熱印字素子。 (2) 前記発熱抵抗体段差部の段差を０．４乃至
６μｍとした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記
載の熱印字素子。 (3) 前記第１の電力供給電極端より２乃至２５
μｍの範囲に前記発熱抵抗体段差部を形成した実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項に記載の
熱印字素子。
