- 基板上に設けられた相対向する１対の電極と、
前記電極上に設けられた薄膜サーミスタと、前記
薄膜サーミスタの電極部に設けられたリード線と
を有し、前記基板上を樹脂でモールドするととも
に、前記樹脂上をアルミ箔で覆うことを特徴とす
る温度センサ。
