- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 隣接する２つの穴を有し、前記２つの穴の
片側面が金属箔のパターンで覆われている基板と
、前記基板の２つの穴の一方の穴のパターン上に
導通状態で固着され、他方の穴のパターン上に金
属細線で導通されている発光素子とで構成され、
前記発光素子、金属細線を含む形で前記２つの穴
を透光樹脂で封止した事を特徴とする発光素子の
実装構造。 (2) 前記基板の２つの穴と対応する穴を有し、
前記基板の発光素子側に対向して補強板を配設し
、前記穴を前記発光素子、金属細線、前記基板上
の２つの穴を含む形で、透光樹脂でもつて封止し
た、実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の発光
素子の実装構造。
