吸込側へ内部バイパス用配管を設け、羽根車の通
過流量を増加させる装置を示す系統図、第３図は
従来の一般的な内部流体の流れを示す系統図であ
る。 １…中間ブツシユ（センター）、２…つり合い
ブツシユ、３…吐出口、４…吸込口、５…減圧オ
リフイス、６…内部バイパス用配管、７…つり合
い管。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 自己つり合い形の多段ポンプであつて、圧力脈
    動の大小によつて内部バイパス量を決める中間ブ
    ツシユとつり合いブツシユとに穴径と個数とを合
    わせて同じ穴を穿設、あるいは流体の吐出側から
    吸込側へ減圧オリフイスを介して内部バイパス用
    配管を設置した多段遠心ポンプの圧力脈動低減装
    置。
